Fabrizio has shown great professionalism in organizing food promotions, kitchen set ups as well as being part of the marketing side of our hotel every time that he worked with us.

His understanding of local culture in dining, spending as well as consumer behaviors really helped us. He is able to teach, share and educate our front line employees in simple words and clear actions.

“During his tenure, Chef Aceti contributed greatly to the hotel and its kitchen operations. His oversight of the new Angelina menu was a much needed injection, and was extremely well received by our customers. His ability to balance Italian dishes with local tastes helped to recreate a buzz in the outlet.

His personality and willingness to speak to our guests was another contributing factor to the resurgence of the outlet – meeting and greeting new customers and creating loyalty to the restaurant. Indeed, his personality extended to the associates as well, working well with his kitchen team and his peers.
